Construction Procurement & Risk Management

NPS Building Consultants assists clients with the preparation of Construction project procurement strategy and implementation plan. NPS has the capacity to develop project risk register and guide the client through the development of management plan.

Construction Project Management

Where required, NPS deploys SACPCMP approved Project Manager to provide project management services during the construction or building renovation.

Construction Health & Safety Consultancy

NPS has a team of SACPCMP registered Health and Safety Officers to provide the support required during the project.
